Custom work created for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, except for our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies, which remain our property.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FORT AI AGENCY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fort AI Agency, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allen County, Indiana.
