He was so obsessed with computers and gaming that when his first son Michael was born, he made the conscious decision to quit video games entirely to focus on family and building real-world solutions. That obsessive energy got redirected into mastering business technology.

He put himself through Purdue's Computer Science program by waiting tables and bartending, then spent 17 years in the MSP field, managing IT for over 500 companies. As owner of Midwest VoIP and General Manager of 4eos MSP, he grew the company from 3 people into a thriving provider. Most people last only 2 years in MSP - Andy thrived for 17, solving every possible technology crisis imaginable.

The Family Man Behind the Innovation

Through it all, Marci has been his anchor. Together for 28 years, she's the saint who supports his never-stop brain and basement full of projects. Their three boys - Michael, Luke, and Ryan - have grown up watching their dad transform businesses while coaching wrestlers to championships. Andy's approach to both family and business is the same: relentless dedication to creating better human beings.
