Andy Oberlin is the founder and CEO of The Fort AI Agency in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is a Purdue University Computer Science graduate with over 20 years of enterprise IT experience, having managed technology for more than 500 companies across Indiana as a managed service provider.

Andy built Aether VTC — a unified communication platform approved and used by USA Wrestling for live Olympic coaching sessions — and a clinical AI platform processing 8,000+ patient records for hormone replacement therapy. He brings the same obsessive attention to detail to every Fort AI Agency client.

Outside of technology, Andy is Head Coach at Homestead High School Wrestling with 30+ years of coaching experience and was named Indiana Wrestling Coach of the Year. He and his wife Marci of 28 years live in Fort Wayne with their three sons.
